This letter is to let you know that we now have ACH (Automatic Withdraw) payment available. If you would like to have your payments made via ACH, please fill out the attached form and return it to us with a voided check. We process the ACH on the 1st of the quarter (January, April, July & October) with a pull date of the 5th date of the month. It may vary if those dates fall on a weekend, but we do not do them sooner, just later. We will begin using this to withdraw the October 1, 2023, Assessments. This form must be received back with your voided check by August 25, 2023. All accounts must be current and at a zero balance by October 1, 2023. Only the current assessment charge will be withdrawn, if you need more information on your account balance please call 520.623.2324 or you can email David Roberts at david@platinumonline.org.
In addition, the Board of Directors is considering offering electronic assessment statements to all homeowners of Rancho Valencia. However, to do so we must have at least 50% of all homeowners’ email addresses. We ask you to register on the Rancho Valencia Website by visiting https://ranchovalencia.org. If we have enough email addresses and homeowners who register, we can hopefully start sending electronic assessment statements starting in Early 2024.
